2. YOUR SPONSOR WILL NOT GET ANY REFERRAL INCENTIVE FOR SPONSORING YOU IN PPC4.
3. YOU WILL GET ONLY DIRECT REFFERAL INCENTIVE& TRADING COMISSION. |

Business Associate has accepted and agreed to abide by all the rules, regulations, policies, terms, conditions, procedures and marketing plan etc. declared by Paisa Per Click Financial Market education & Services Pvt. Ltd. Prevailing at the time of submission of application or any change, addition, alteration, modification etc. in rules, regulations, policies, terms, conditions, procedures and marketing plan etc. by the Paisa Per Click Financial Market education & Services Pvt. Ltd. from time to time after submission and acceptance of the application. |

In all dealings within the scope of this agreement, it is hereby acknowledged and agreed by the parties hereto that the relationship created hereby is that of independently owned business between the contracting parties (principal to principal) and is not, and shall not be deemed to be any other relationship, including without limiting the generality of the foregoing, that of joint venture, bailment, employers / employees, principal and agent, or partnership. The Agreement does not make the distributor / business associates / sale representatives, its employees. |

The Paisa Per Click does not allow / authorised any Business Associates (BA) to make any false promise to a prospective associates, If an applicant relies on any promise made by a Business Associates that are not in terms and conditions officially in Paisa Per Click material then he shall only have re-course against such business associates not the Paisa Per Click. |

Business Associates has not been forced, pressurised or misguide by anybody to join Paisa Per Click. If any Business Associate forced, pressurised or misguide by any person then it will not be the responsibility of the Paisa Per Click. |

All the new Business Associates are requested to discuss and understand the marketing plan clearly from their up-line Business Associates or from Paisa Per Click sales executive before the time of joining. |

Business Associates will be responsible to regularly check the website i.e. www.paisaperclick.com for any upgradations / amendments and the Paisa Per Click will neither undertake to send any direct letter nor use any other medium other than specified above. Paisa Per Click Financial Market education & Services Pvt. Ltd. can change the business plan any time without any prior notice. |

The Paisa Per Click Financial Market education & Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to alter / change the plan, products and its varieties, rates, prices and terms & conditions from time to time and the same will be applicable to all Business Associates. Any such notice shall be deemed to have been served and received by Business Associates - at the same time as and when published and it will be assumed that all Business Associates agree to it and would abide by such changes and undertakes complete responsibility to stay abreast to such development in such manner and implications. |

No Business Associate is authorised to collect cash payment on behalf of the Paisa Per Click Financial Market education & Services Pvt. Ltd. Any new Business Associate gives cash to their Sponsor or to any Business Associate of Paisa Per Click Financial Market education & Services Pvt. Ltd. Will do so at their own risk and Paisa Per Click Financial Market education & Services Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any misappropriation of it. |

Payments will be accepted through Cash or D. D. /Cheque only after the encasement of the above would become the associate of the Paisa Per Click Financial Market education & Services Pvt. Ltd. Any Package could be unsubscribed within 7 days from the date of subscription. |

Incentive:
1. Working Incentive is Rs.250/- off company’s profit given by company to you from each ID associated with company upto your 12thlevelin company’s tree.
2. Bonus Incentive& all other Incentiveplans are subject to company’s business Group. |

The Paisa Per Click Financial Market education & Services Pvt. Ltd. would not entertain any kind of refund in regards to the payment paid by a Business Associate under any circumstances what so ever. In case of eventuality/death of any Business Associate, Free Membership shall be transferred to the nominee. |

The nominee will be treated as legal heir for all the benefit purpose and the nominee shall be bound by the terms and conditions of the deceased associate. |

Benefits/Incentive/Awards provide by Paisa Per Click Financial Market education & Services Pvt. Ltd. could be altered at any point of time depending upon sole discretion of management. To received incentives the associate has to qualify as per companies Marketing Plans, Terms & conditions. |

Paisa Per Click Financial Market education & Services Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for brief nonfunctioning of disruptions in the website due to any technical problems. |

Paisa Per Click Financial Market education & Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the rights of accepting, rejection/canceling the association ship of an associate at its own discretion and will without assigning any reason. |

The Paisa Per Click Financial Market education & Services Pvt. Ltd. has right to terminate the Business Associate when Business Associate work found to be unethical and prejudicial to the interest of the Paisa Per Click Financial Market education & Services Pvt. Ltd. |

All taxes, charges and deductions to be levied by the government authorities shall be towards the associate account for which the associate shall be full responsible and no claim or obligation would rest whatsoever on the Paisa Per Click Financial Market education & Services Pvt. Ltd. |

Payment to be made, if any, in terms of this agreement to the Business Associates through cheques / NEFT / DD and the same will be subject to deduction of tax at source, wherever applicable, as per the provisions of the Incentive Tax Act, 1961 and in addition to that 10% of the Incentive of the Business Associates shall be deducted & 5% as administrative charges. In case any pay out day falls on holidays the same will be automatically scheduled for next working day. |

Any disputes arising out of undertaking or in relation to the undertaking shall be referred to single arbitrator to be appointed by the Paisa Per Click Financial Market education & Services Pvt. Ltd. Associate shall not raise any objection on the ground that arbitrator to be appointed is a person employed or in connection with the Paisa Per Click Financial Market education & Services Pvt. Ltd. All disputes shall be subject to Shimla Jurisdiction. |

It is understood that you are joining the Paisa Per Click Financial Market education & Services Pvt. Ltd. after understanding all the terms and conditions at your own will and are not being ruled by any one. |
